We are seeking a creative, insights-driven, hands-on senior communications professional. You will be part of a small but mighty Toronto Foundation team with an ambitious and diverse program of activities. In this role, your ability to juggle multiple responsibilities on tight timelines is essential. If you are a self-starter with demonstrated experience developing unique, engaging, and consistent communications with a design flare, this role would be a right role for you.
Reporting to the Director, Communications, the successful candidate will be a key player in the design, delivery and evaluation of internal and external communications programs and initiatives that align with Toronto Foundation’s strategy. The role requires strategic thinking, cross-team collaboration, and exceptional written communication, digital media (web, social, video), and design skills.
The Communications Officer contributes actively to the alignment and integration of communications with granting/community investment, fundraising, donor education, and other engagement initiatives.
