Development Assistant – Job Posting

The Role

Are you a natural administrator drawn to a fast-paced environment? Can you gracefully manage multiple projects and priorities? Do you take pride in your planning and organizational skills and your discretion? If so…this could be the role for you!

We are seeking a professional, detailed-oriented, self-starter to provide administrative support, with strong computer skills, to two Directors, and Toronto Foundation’s Philanthropic Services team.

Reporting to the Director, Legacy and supporting the Director, Philanthropy, the Development Assistant will support both roles in all administrative work related to fundraising and development at Toronto Foundation. With a “can do” attitude, this role will also have duties that involve support to various other staff within the team and the organization.
