Located at Carlaw and Dundas, Crow’s Theatre is a small theatre creating, producing, and promoting unforgettable theatre that examines the pivotal narratives of our times. Crow’s Theatre develops emerging and mid-career Canadian playwrights through commissions, residencies, and extended play development. In Spring 2017, Crow’s Theatre ran the wildly successful Freedom Singer, a theatrical and musical experience telling the story of a Black man searching for a denied history in the songs of the Underground Railroad.
