Delta Family Resource Centre is a multi-ethnic, multi-site organization situated in a diverse community that is committed to enhancing the potential of families and children by supporting and addressing their identified needs. Youth at the Summit engages isolated youth from three Toronto Community Housing communities in Humber Summit in a range of interactive recreational activities and opportunities to build leadership skills and positive social networks.
