Marjorie was the first President and CEO of Toronto Foundation and led the organization during its early years.  Her dedication and perseverance were instrumental in setting the fledgling Foundation onto its path to success and celebration of its 35^th anniversary in 2016.  Her commitment to many other charitable organizations during her long life was inspiring to all those who knew her.   The Marjorie J. Sharpe Fund supports charitable organizations that were most near and dear to Marjorie. 

 On an annual basis proceeds from her Fund are distributed to: 

• Amadeus Choir
• Ecologos 
• Fred Victor Centre
• The Military & Hospitaller Order of Saint Lazerus of Jerusalem in Canada
• Pathways to Education (Toronto)
