Human coherence is the alignment of inner truth, lived identity, and outward action.
True inclusivity is not a program. It is a condition for wellbeing, individually and collectively. When individuals and communities are able to live and lead from wholeness, human potential is unlocked, and regenerative, sustainable outcomes become possible.
We believe that human-centered, systems-aware education, leadership, and innovation are essential to a future that is socially just, economically sound, and environmentally sustainable.

About the Founder
Katherine Dudtschak is a bridge between worlds.
She built a distinguished career in Canadian financial services, leading at the senior executive and CEO levels at scale across countries and complex institutions. In 2019, she affirmed her gender after decades of living in alignment with external expectations rather than internal truth. This experience deepened her understanding of identity, courage, and systemic inclusion.
Raised on a small Ontario farm by parents who survived war, displacement, and refugee camps, Katherine carries both intergenerational resilience and lived experience of reinvention.
She is the mother of four adult children and the founder of Sincerely Inc., a platform dedicated to advancing human wholeness, regenerative leadership, and institutional stewardship.
Her life and work sit at the intersection of power and vulnerability, system and soul, strategy and compassion.
Inspiration
Sincerely Foundation draws inspiration from Athena, a symbol of integrated strength.
Athena embodies wisdom and strategy, compassion and courage. She represents the integration of feminine and masculine traits, the capacity to nurture and to lead, to protect and to build.
This integration reflects the essence of Sincerely: coherence within the human, within the system, and within the world we share.
