The Urban Indigenous Education Centre aims to enhance Indigenous student wellbeing and achievement, and ensure Indigenous education for all educators and students in the TDSB. Opportunities are created for learning from and with Indigenous communities through partnerships and professional learning, infusing Indigenous perspectives across the curriculum for all students, as well as by providing supports to enhance the overall wellbeing achievement of First Nation, Métis and Inuit students throughout the Toronto District School Board (TDSB).
